You will learn to develop an innovative, future-focused HR strategy that powers the organization’s business strategy, make data-driven insights and leverage AI, lead organizational transformation, and develop the interpersonal skills that you will need as a leader in the C-suite. After the program's ten months, through live sessions with instructors and industry experts, real-world projects, and collaboration with your peers, you will be ready to become a confident, effective, and strategic CHRO.
