By participating in and becoming a member of the Refer-a-Friend programa (a "Referrer"), you are subject to Chicago Booth Executive Education’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, as well as the following additional Terms & Conditions for the Refer-a-Friend programa:

• Applicability. The Refer-a-Friend programa applies to select courses offered by the Chicago Booth Executive Education. It is not applicable to certificate programas.

• Qualified Referral. A Qualified Referral is defined as a purchase made on select Chicago Booth Executive Education courses by a person (a "Referred Customer") who arrives to our website by clicking your Refer-a-Friend programa link. You are limited to one Qualified Referral for each Referred Customer; in other words, additional/repeat purchases made by a Referred Customer are not counted as additional Qualified Referrals.

• Cliente referido: el cliente referido y el que lo recomienda no pueden ser la misma persona (por ejemplo, al utilizar una dirección de correo electrónico diferente).

• Referral Rewards. For you to earn referral rewards as a Referrer, the Referred Customer must purchase a course and stay enrolled through the refund period.

• Pagos de recompensas: las recompensas se pagan como créditos en la cuenta del programa. Como remitente, usted es responsable de todas y cada una de las obligaciones fiscales derivadas de las recompensas por referidos.

• Course Account Credit Applicability. If you have already purchased a course prior to the Qualified Referral being made, and you and Referred Customer are taking the course at the same time, we will automatically credit your reward to you. Otherwise, your credit can be put toward any future course to which the Refer-a-Friend programa is applicable.

• Eligibility. Eligibility is limited to individuals only. Referrals cannot be used by businesses for affiliate lead generation as determined at Chicago Booth Executive Education’s sole discretion.

• No Spam. You must comply with all current “SPAM” laws. For example, e-mails must be created and distributed in a personal manner and bulk e-mail distribution is not allowed. Any distribution of your referral link that could constitute unsolicited commercial e-mail or "spam" under any applicable law or regulation is expressly prohibited and will be grounds for immediate termination of your account and exclusion from the Refer-a-Friend programa.

  • Referrer will not in any way falsify, deceive, or mislead Chicago Booth Executive Education regarding referrals in the Refer-a-Friend programa.

  • Referrer will not misrepresent Referrer’s relationship with Chicago Booth Executive Education.

  • Referrer will not harvest, use listed resources, or otherwise pay for leads (or personal information) for use in this Refer-a-Friend programa.

  • Referrer acknowledges and understands that Chicago Booth Executive Education will rely upon Referrer’s compliance with these Terms & Conditions. Chicago Booth Executive Education reserves the right to request to see Referrer’s e-mails about this programa to confirm such compliance.

• Right to Close Accounts. Chicago Booth Executive Education reserves the right to close the account(s) of any Referrer and/or Referred Customer and to request proper payment if the Referrer and/or Referred Customer attempts to use the Chicago Booth Executive Education's Refer-a-Friend programa in a questionable manner or breaches any of these Terms & Conditions or is in violation of any law, statute or governmental regulation.

• Right to Cancel Programa or Change Terms. Chicago Booth Executive Education reserves the right to cancel the Refer-a-Friend Programa or to change these Terms & Conditions at any time in its sole discretion. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting revisions to these Terms & Conditions. Any unclaimed referral rewards will be forfeited at the time the programa is cancelled.

• Indemnification. Referrer will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Chicago Booth Executive Education, its representatives, and affiliates from damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) resulting from any claim, judgment, or proceeding resulting from Referrer’s noncompliance with these Terms & Conditions.

• Liability. Chicago Booth Executive Education shall have no liability in connection with this Refer-a-Friend Programa to Referrers or anyone else.
